A Collaborative Approach to Sleep Apnea Care
Sleep Sound Southeast is committed to working alongside physicians and healthcare providers to support the diagnosis and management of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and related conditions. Our goal is to function as a collaborative extension of physician-led care, improving access to oral appliance therapy (OAT) for appropriate patients in Southeast Alaska.
Referring a patient is simple; just send a referral via fax or via the form link below. Include relevant sleep study data (if available). Our team will contact the patient to schedule them.

When to Refer
We welcome referrals for patients who:
- Present with primary snoring
- Have mild to moderate OSA and are appropriate candidates for oral appliance therapy
- Have OSA and may benefit from oral appliance therapy as an initial treatment approach
- Prefer an alternative to CPAP
- Are CPAP-intolerant
- Require adjunctive therapy alongside CPAP
- Have TMJ symptoms that may benefit from evaluation
Scope of Services
At Sleep Sound Southeast, we provide:
- Screening and risk assessment for sleep-disordered breathing
- Oral appliance therapy (custom, titratable devices)
- Titration and ongoing management of therapy
- TMJ evaluation and management when indicated
- Regenerative TMJ therapies
We DO NOT REPLACE PHYSICIAN DIAGNOSIS or medical management but rather support it through coordinated dental therapy.
